Your Day-to-Day:
Plan, track, and execute key programs end-to-end.
Work closely with Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Logistics teams.
Monitor KPIs, provide insights, and ensure project objectives are met.
Identify risks, dependencies, and resolve roadblocks quickly.
Mentor and support team members to achieve excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
3–8 years of experience in program/project management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP/Prince2 or similar certifications are a bonus.
