We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to lead and manage key programs that drive Rapido’s growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and deliver impact.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic programs.
Coordinate between Operations, Tech, Marketing, and other teams.
Track progress, analyze performance metrics, and drive improvements.
Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
Mentor team members and support professional development.
Proven experience in program or project management (3–8 years).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus (optional).
