Lead and manage strategic programs/projects end-to-end.
Coordinate between cross-functional teams (operations, tech, marketing).
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
Report project status, risks, and dependencies to the Business Head.
Mentor and guide team members to ensure smooth execution.
Identify process gaps and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
Strong project/program management skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or equivalent is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field.
PMP/Prince2 or other program management certifications are an advantage (optional).
