Execute day-to-day process activities as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat (voice / non-voice)
Perform data entry, validation, and transaction processing
Ensure accuracy and quality in all assigned tasks

Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data
Update records and reports in internal systems
Escalate issues or exceptions to the Team Leader
