Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, data analytics, marketing, operations, and category teams.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements (PRDs, wireframes, KPIs).
User Experience & Data Insights
Drive improvements in user journey (on Nykaa app & website).
Use A/B testing, data analytics, and user feedback to make data-driven decisions.
Leadership & Mentoring
Guide and mentor Senior / Associate Product Managers.
Influence key product and tech decisions at the executive level.
Tech and Innovation
Explore AI/ML integration, personalization, and beauty-tech innovation (e.g., virtual try-ons, recommendation engines).
