You are the key person behind every online order. Your main job is to find the products customers ordered (picking) and pack them safely for delivery (packing). Think of it as being the “behind-the-scenes hero” who makes sure the right product reaches the right customer.
Receive order list or scan device for items to pick.
Locate products on shelves in the warehouse.
Check product quality, quantity, and expiry if applicable.
Pack items carefully in boxes or bags with labels.
Hand over packed items to dispatch or loading team.
Occasionally help with organizing shelves or counting inventory.
Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass.
Physically fit to stand, walk, lift light to medium weights.
No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
Inside warehouse or fulfillment center.
Day and night shifts available.
Safety equipment (gloves, shoes, jackets) usually provided.
