The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders in Zepto’s warehouses (also called “dark stores”) to ensure timely delivery to customers. This role is crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Pick items from the warehouse shelves according to the customer order.
Pack products safely and neatly to prevent damage during delivery.
Verify products against order lists to ensure accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned warehouse area.
Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged products to supervisors.
Assist in stock replenishment and inventory audits when required.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for long periods.
