A Picker Packer is responsible for handling goods inside the warehouse. The main role is to pick products as per customer orders, pack them safely, and prepare them for dispatch.
Picking items from shelves/racks according to order slips.
Checking product codes, expiry dates, and quality before packing.
Packing products in boxes, bags, or cartons securely.
Labeling packages with correct information (order ID, address, etc.).
Assisting in loading/unloading goods in the warehouse.
Maintaining cleanliness and following safety rules in the warehouse.
Reporting any damaged or missing items.
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (varies by company).
Basic reading & writing skills.
Physically fit (job involves standing, lifting, moving goods).
Attention to detail and ability to work quickly.
Team player with discipline in following warehouse processes.
Usually shift-based (Day/Night).
Work inside warehouses, distribution centers, or dark stores.
