Updating order status in the warehouse management system (scanner or mobile app).
Coordinating with the warehouse/dispatch team for timely delivery.
Locate products in the warehouse using order lists/barcodes.
Pick, check, and pack items with accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
Follow safety standards and company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Basic reading & writing skills (to read invoices/order sheets).
