The Picker & Packer plays a vital part in warehouse operations. This role is responsible for gathering the right products from inventory, ensuring they are in good condition, and packing them properly for customer delivery.
Select and collect products from shelves as per order sheets.
Pack, seal, and label items for shipment.
Verify product codes, sizes, and quantities before dispatch.
Keep the warehouse organized and assist with stock arrangement.
Work with supervisors to ensure smooth order processing.
Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass.
Physically active with the ability to lift and move packages.
Attention to detail and ability to work quickly.
Team player with basic communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and meet daily order targets.
