Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker-Packer to join our warehouse team. The Picker-Packer will be responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory and packing them securely for shipment, ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and correctly.
Pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or electronic devices.
Verify product quantity and quality before packing to avoid errors or damages.
Pack products securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
Label packages correctly with shipping information and documentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking and packing areas.
Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.
Assist with stock replenishment and general warehouse tasks as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry packages up to [weight limit, e.g., 25 kg].
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems or handheld scanners.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime if required.
Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Manual dexterity for handling products and packaging.
