A Picker Loader works in warehouses, retail stores, logistics, or e-commerce companies.
Their main job is to pick products from storage shelves, check the order list, pack items, and load them safely onto delivery trucks.
 
Main Duties:
 
Read and understand order slips or barcodes.
 
Locate and pick items accurately from shelves or racks.
 
Inspect products for quality or damage.
 
Pack and label items properly for dispatch.
 
Load goods into delivery trucks or containers safely.
 
Maintain cleanliness in the loading/unloading area.
 
Follow safety and company guidelines.
