Become an expert in Paytm Ads solutions (formats, targeting, inventory, pricing), be able to adapt recommendations to different client needs.
Own end-to-end business metrics such as ads revenue targets, client acquisition, retention, and growth.
Educate and lead strategic conversations with clients, including CXOs, media heads, brand managers, agencies.
Build and manage a pipeline of media/advertising briefs, respond with customized pitches & proposals aligned to client business & marketing objectives.
Collaborate with campaign delivery & optimization teams to ensure campaigns are executed well and deliver expected results (ROI, impressions, engagement etc.).
Lead cross-functional initiatives to build innovative advertising solutions for key advertisers.
Provide feedback to Product / Ad Ops / Engineering to improve product performance, targeting, ad formats, client experience.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Forecast sales, track performance, report to senior management.
