Operate sterile manufacturing equipment such as vial washing, sterilization, filling, sealing, and autoclaves
Perform aseptic operations in classified cleanroom areas (Class A/B/C/D)
Follow SOPs, BMRs, and cGMP guidelines
Carry out line clearance, equipment cleaning, and sanitization
Monitor critical process parameters during production
Report deviations, abnormalities, and equipment issues
Operate sterile packing machines (inspection, labeling, cartoning)
Ensure correct packing materials and labels are used
Perform visual inspection of sterile products
Maintain packing batch records (BPR)
Follow aseptic gowning procedures and cleanroom discipline
Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity
Adhere to EHS and safety standards
Support audits and inspections (internal/external)
