Operate sterile manufacturing equipment such as autoclaves, vial washing machines, tunnel sterilizers, filling machines
Perform aseptic filling, sealing, and inspection activities
Follow SOPs, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and cGMP guidelines
Maintain aseptic conditions inside cleanrooms
Perform line clearance and equipment cleaning
Operate sterile packing lines (labeling, inspection, blistering, cartoning)
Ensure correct packing materials and labels
Conduct visual inspection for defects
Maintain packing batch records (BPR)
Follow aseptic gowning procedures
Maintain cleanroom classifications (Class A/B/C/D)
Report deviations, breakdowns, and abnormalities
Ensure data integrity and documentation accuracy
Follow EHS and safety protocols
