Seller Coordination:
Act as the point of contact for external sellers participating in the Seller Flex program.
Ensure sellers adhere to Amazon’s fulfillment and shipping guidelines.
Order & Fulfillment Management:
Monitor orders from sellers and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
Track shipments, handle delays, and escalate issues as needed.
Operational Support:
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and transportation teams.
Assist in optimizing seller fulfillment processes to improve efficiency.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain records of seller performance, order fulfillment, and operational issues.
Prepare reports for management on operational KPIs.
Issue Resolution:
Resolve seller queries related to inventory, delivery, or fulfillment.
Identify recurring issues and work with relevant teams for process improvements.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure sellers follow safety, quality, and operational compliance guidelines.
Support audits and performance reviews of external fulfillment partners.
Medical Insurance: Coverage for hospitalization, surgeries, and sometimes dental/vision care.
Wellness Programs: Access to health checkups, fitness programs, and mental health support.
Accident Coverage: Insurance for workplace-related accidents or emergencies.
