Job Description

Supervise pickup, sorting, loading, dispatch, and delivery operations.

Coordinate with drivers, delivery associates, and customer service teams.

Ensure proper documentation, scanning, and tracking of shipments.

Monitor transit time, delays, damages, and resolve operational issues.

Maintain SOP compliance (safety, quality, regulatory).

Generate daily/weekly MIS reports on shipments, costs, and KPIs.

Manage resources: staff scheduling, vehicle allocation, and equipment.

Handle customer or vendor escalations related to delays or service quality.

Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cost.
