Monitor and manage day-to-day operations at hub / warehouse / delivery center
Coordinate with hub assistants, delivery executives, and supervisors
Plan and track dispatches, deliveries, and returns (RTO/UD)
Ensure timely order processing and last-mile delivery
Handle operational issues like delays, missing parcels, and route problems
Update delivery status and data in systems and dashboards
Prepare daily performance and productivity reports
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards
Support process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Coordinate with customer support and vendors when required
