Monitor daily delivery and pickup schedules.
Coordinate shipping, sorting, and dispatch activities.
Work with delivery executives on route planning and delivery performance.
Support Hub Assistants, Delivery Executives, and Supervisors.
Communicate updates and priorities to the team.
Resolve operational issues quickly (delay, wrong routing, missing packages).
Track delivery metrics (on-time delivery, pending orders, returns).
Prepare daily reports for supervisors or managers.
Use apps and dashboards to update status and performance.
Ensure packages are processed safely and accurately.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Improve processes to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
Coordinate with customer support for order issues.
Communicate with vendors and service partners.
