Job Description

Transaction Processing:

 
Handle deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, RTGS/NEFT, clearing, and account opening/closure requests.
 
Ensure accuracy and timeliness (TAT compliance).
 
Documentation & Verification:
 
Check and verify customer KYC documents.
 
Maintain and update records as per RBI and internal guidelines.
 
Assist in loan/credit card application verification and disbursal processes (where applicable).
 
Compliance & Risk Management:
 
Adhere to regulatory and internal audit requirements.
 
Identify discrepancies and escalate exceptions to seniors.
 
Follow operational risk controls to prevent fraud and errors.
 
Reporting & MIS:
 
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
 
Track branch operational metrics (pending cases, error rates, service requests).
 
Branch / Customer Support:
 
Coordinate with relationship managers, sales, and customer service teams.
 
Assist in resolving customer transaction issues (non-sales, backend support).
 
Required Skills
