Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Order & Delivery Management

Monitor daily orders and ensure timely deliveries.

Track shipments and update order statuses.

Coordinate with delivery partners to resolve delays or issues.

Warehouse & Inventory Coordination

Liaise with warehouse teams to manage stock levels.

Assist in stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

Process Improvement & Compliance

Follow and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Customer Support Assistance

Handle escalated issues from customers regarding orders or returns.

Provide timely solutions in coordination with the customer support team.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of daily operations.

Prepare performance and status reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.

Experience: Fresher to 2 years experience in operations or logistics preferred.
