As an Operation Executive, you’ll be the backbone of Rapido’s local operations—managing rider (“Captain”) activity, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting onboarding & engagement.
Monitor rider activity and trip performance daily
Address rider queries and resolve operational issues
Assist in onboarding and training new riders
Plan and execute campaigns, communications, and promotions
Collect field insights and feedback to improve operations
Coordinate with regional and central teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and quick decision-making
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with field operations or logistics (advantageous)
Basic data tracking and reporting skills
