As an Operation Executive at Rapido, you will manage rider (“Captain”) operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning, onboarding, and engagement. You’ll be the first point of contact for field queries and help optimize operational processes in your region.
Monitor daily rider activity, app usage, and trip performance.
Address rider queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Assist in onboarding and training new riders.
Support campaigns, communications, and promotional activities.
