Join Rapido as an Operation Executive and play a key role in managing rider operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, engagement, and daily operations across your region.
Monitor daily rider (“Captain”) activity and app usage.
Address queries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new riders.
Assist in planning campaigns, communications, and promotions.
Gather field insights to improve operations and processes.
Coordinate with regional and central teams for smooth execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Familiarity with field operations or logistics is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of reporting and data monitoring.
