As an Operation Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Rapido, ensuring smooth functioning of rider onboarding, engagement, and operational efficiency in the region.
Monitor daily rider (“Captain”) activity, including trip trends and app usage.
Address rider queries and resolve operational issues.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new riders.
Assist in planning campaigns, communications, and promotions for riders.
Gather field insights and feedback to improve processes.
Coordinate with regional and central teams for operational planning.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with field operations or logistics is a plus.
Basic knowledge of data monitoring and reporting.
Willingness to work in the field as well as office.
