Conduct quality inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory norms.
Monitor production processes to identify deviations and quality issues.
Maintain accurate quality records, test reports, and logs.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory and testing equipment.
Investigate non-conformances and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.
Assist in internal audits, external audits, and inspections.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards in the QC area.
Support implementation and maintenance of ISO / GMP / HACCP / other quality systems (as applicable).
