Act as the single point of contact for all banking needs of assigned clients.
Understand client requirements and offer customized financial solutions.

Acquire new NRI customers via referrals, digital channels, or corporate tie-ups.
Provide guidance on investment, tax, and regulatory matters for NRIs.
Assist with repatriation, remittances, and forex requirements.
Advise on wealth management and portfolio diversification.
Ensure KYC, AML, RBI, FEMA, and other regulatory compliance for NRI accounts.
Maintain proper documentation for account openings, transactions, and investments.
Support audits and internal compliance checks
Base salary: โน5โ10 LPA (depending on experience and bank).
Performance-based incentives/bonus: Linked to revenue generation, sales targets, and portfolio growth.
High performers can earn additional variable pay, sometimes 20โ50% of base salary.
