The National Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy on a national level. This role oversees regional sales managers, drives revenue growth, expands market share, and ensures alignment with corporate objectives. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with business goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for regional teams.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, coach, and motivate regional and local sales teams.
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales personnel.
Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
Drive sales growth across existing and new markets.
Identify and develop key accounts and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize sales campaigns and promotions.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, distributors, and partners.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Reporting & Analysis
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Monitor and evaluate sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Budgeting & Resource Allocation

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 8+ years in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role overseeing national or regional teams.
