Team Leadership & Regional Coordination
Lead a team of regional or area heads managing equipment finance operations.
Mentor and coach team members to achieve targets.
Ensure uniform implementation of policies and procedures across regions.
Risk & Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards.
Review credit proposals, approvals, and documentation for compliance.
Mitigate financial and operational risks across the portfolio.
Reporting & Analytics
Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management or the board.
Track KPIs such as disbursement volumes, default rates, and revenue growth.
Use analytics to inform strategy and operational improvements.
