Job Description

  1. Strategic Leadership

    • Develop and execute national strategies for equipment financing business.

    • Identify growth opportunities across regions and industries.

    • Align business plans with overall corporate goals.

  2. Portfolio Management

    • Monitor the performance of the equipment finance portfolio nationwide.

    • Analyze risk, delinquency, and profitability of financing products.

    • Ensure asset quality and portfolio health.

  3. Business Development & Client Relationship

    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners.

    • Lead negotiations for high-value equipment financing deals.

    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business acquisition.

  4. Team Leadership & Regional Coordination

    • Lead a team of regional or area heads managing equipment finance operations.

    • Mentor and coach team members to achieve targets.

    • Ensure uniform implementation of policies and procedures across regions.

  5. Risk & Compliance Management

    • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards.

    • Review credit proposals, approvals, and documentation for compliance.

    • Mitigate financial and operational risks across the portfolio.

  6. Reporting & Analytics

    • Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management or the board.

    • Track KPIs such as disbursement volumes, default rates, and revenue growth.

    • Use analytics to inform strategy and operational improvements.
