Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Track and analyze headcount, attrition, hiring, and employee movement data
Maintain HR databases related to attendance, leave, onboarding, and payroll inputs
Generate dashboards and analytical reports using MS Excel / HRMS / BI tools
Support recruitment MIS including offer tracking, joining status, and hiring TAT
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
Provide analytical insights to HR and management for manpower planning and cost optimization
Coordinate with HR operations, payroll, and recruitment teams
Automate reports and improve MIS processes wherever possible

Improve and automate MIS processes wherever possible
