Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
Track and analyze headcount, attrition, hiring, and employee movement
Maintain HR databases related to attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and onboarding
Generate dashboards and reports using Excel / HR systems / BI tools
Support recruitment MIS: offer tracking, joining status, TAT, closure rates
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
Provide analytical insights to HR leaders for manpower planning and cost control
Coordinate with payroll, recruitment, and HR operations teams

Support recruitment MIS: offer status, joining ratio, TAT, closure reports

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of HR data
Share insights and trends with HR and leadership teams
Coordinate with HR Operations, Recruitment, and Payroll teams
Improve and automate MIS processes wherever possible
