Business Development & Expansion
Identify and acquire properties for COCO and CODO formats.
Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with landowners and brokers.
Project Management
Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Compliance & Approvals
Obtain necessary government approvals such as CLU (Change of Land Use), building plan sanctions, and fire NOCs.
Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and Maruti Suzuki's standards.
Financial Oversight
Prepare and manage project budgets, including capital and revenue forecasts.
Conduct ROI analysis and ensure projects are financially viable.
Stakeholder Management
Maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, and government officials.
Represent Maruti Suzuki in negotiations and public forums.
Base Salary: Competitive, generally ranging from ₹8–18 lakh per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
