Configure MES modules for production tracking, WIP management, and quality monitoring
Build interfaces between MES and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Integrate MES with shop-floor machines, PLCs, SCADA, IoT sensors
Create and maintain reports and dashboards
Ensure real-time data collection and accuracy
Troubleshoot production system issues and provide technical support
Work on MES deployment, upgrades, and performance tuning
Document technical specifications, workflows, SOPs
Work closely with manufacturing, automation, and IT teams for solution delivery
