Develop and execute growth strategies to increase users, revenue, and market share
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
Analyze key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, churn, GMV
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to implement growth initiatives
Lead A/B testing, pilots, and experiments to improve acquisition and engagement funnels
Optimize pricing, promotions, onboarding, and customer journeys
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends
Prepare business cases, growth reports, and presentations for leadership
Track performance against targets and recommend corrective actions
