Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of machines and utilities (HVAC, compressors, boilers, chillers, water systems, etc.).
Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns with minimal downtime.
Equipment Installation & Commissioning
Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery.
Coordinate with vendors/contractors for setup and validation.
Calibration & Compliance
Calibrate and maintain instruments, PLC, SCADA, and automation systems (especially in pharma).

Documentation & Reporting

Spare Parts & Inventory Management
Monitor critical spares and consumables stock.
Raise requisitions and coordinate with the purchase department.
Safety & Quality
Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.
Ensure all equipment operates within safety standards.
Teamwork & Support
Guide technicians and operators on machine handling.
Coordinate with production, QA, and other teams to minimize disruption.
