Supervise engine assembly / machining / testing line operations
Ensure daily production targets are achieved
Monitor quality standards and reduce defects
Manage line manpower (operators, helpers)
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and 5S practices
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams
Identify and resolve line issues, breakdowns, and bottlenecks
Maintain production records, shift reports, and line data
Support continuous improvement and kaizen activities
