Job Description

  1. Business & Sales Management

    • Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets for large-format retail stores.

    • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing plans.

    • Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed.

  2. Team Leadership & Staff Management

    • Lead store managers, supervisors, and sales teams across multiple stores.

    • Recruit, train, and mentor teams to achieve business objectives.

    • Conduct performance appraisals and create incentive structures for staff.

  3. Operations & Inventory Management

    • Ensure smooth store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.

    • Optimize stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and improve operational efficiency.

    • Oversee supply chain and logistics activities for large-format stores.

  4. Customer Experience & Brand Management

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand representation.

    • Implement loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and in-store marketing initiatives.

  5. Financial & Reporting Management

    • Prepare business reports, forecasts, and budgets.

    • Analyze profit margins, expenses, and store performance.

    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
