Job Description

  1. Business Strategy & Growth

    • Develop and execute strategies to grow lifestyle finance products.

    • Identify market opportunities, new partnerships, and target customer segments.

    • Align business goals with company objectives.

  2. Portfolio Management

    • Monitor the performance and quality of the lifestyle finance portfolio.

    • Ensure timely collections, low delinquency, and high customer satisfaction.

    • Analyze trends to optimize product offerings and interest rates.

  3. Team Leadership & Coordination

    • Lead a team of regional or area managers, sales executives, or relationship managers.

    • Set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and mentoring.

    • Ensure consistent execution of processes across regions or branches.

  4. Risk & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

    • Review credit approvals, documentation, and risk assessment.

    • Implement risk mitigation strategies to maintain portfolio quality.

  5. Client & Partner Relationship Management

    • Build relationships with key clients, retailers, and channel partners.

    • Negotiate deals and partnerships to expand financing reach.

    • Address escalated customer issues and ensure high satisfaction.

  6. Reporting & Analytics

    • Provide reports to senior management on portfolio performance, revenue growth, and operational KPIs.

    • Use data-driven insights to guide business decisions.
