Job Description

Key Account Manager – Lead is responsible for managing and growing relationships with the company’s most important clients (key accounts). They act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring client satisfaction, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets. They also lead a team of account managers or executives in handling strategic accounts.

 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key clients.
 
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
 
Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and upsell services/products.
 
Lead negotiations, contracts, and pricing discussions with key clients.
 
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, product) to deliver on client requirements.
 
Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
 
Mentor and guide junior account managers on handling strategic accounts.
