Job Description

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key clients.

    • Build long-term, trusted relationships with decision-makers.

  2. Account Growth:

    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

    • Develop account strategies to expand business within each client.

  3. Revenue Management:

    • Achieve revenue targets from assigned accounts.

    • Monitor client performance and ensure timely payments.

  4. Coordination:

    • Work with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Operations, Marketing) to meet client requirements.

    • Resolve client issues and ensure smooth onboarding or integration.

  5. Reporting:

    • Prepare performance and account activity reports.

    • Track key metrics like transaction volume, retention rate, and satisfaction levels.
