Area Description
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, retail partners, or distributors.
Sales Growth & Target Achievement Drive revenue growth from key accounts through strategic planning and execution.
Negotiation & Contracts Handle pricing, margins, and contracts to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
Account Planning Develop and execute annual account plans, forecasting demand and product requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for promotions, credit, and delivery management.
Market Insights & Reporting Gather competitor and market data; provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
Customer Support Ensure post-sales support and resolve client issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
