Job Description

Account Management

 
Build and maintain strong relationships with key restaurant partners.
 
Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related communication.
 
 
 
2. Business Growth
 
Identify opportunities to increase order volume, revenue, and customer engagement.
 
Create and execute business plans to meet revenue goals.
 
 
 
3. Performance Tracking
 
Monitor sales trends, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
 
Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
 
 
 
4. Negotiation & Collaboration
 
Negotiate deals, discounts, and contracts with partners.
 
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) for smooth execution.
 
 
 
5. Market Research & Strategy
 
Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
 
Suggest data-based improvements to enhance partner performance and customer experience.
 
 
 
6. Customer & Partner Satisfaction
 
Ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention among restaurant partners.

🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications:
 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
 
2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
 
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
 
Analytical mindset with good knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
 
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
