Sample Analysis
Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, water, intermediates, and finished products.
Conduct microbial limit tests, endotoxin tests, sterility tests, bioburden analysis.
Environmental Monitoring
Check clean rooms, production areas, and air/water systems for microbial contamination.
Swab testing, settle plate & active air monitoring.
Laboratory Work
Handling microbial cultures, maintaining stock of microorganisms.
Operating and maintaining instruments (Laminar Airflow, Incubators, Autoclaves, pH meters).
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain records in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and logbooks.
Support in audits (USFDA, WHO, MHRA inspections).
