Maintain and update HR reference data in systems such as SDH1, RDM, and other HR platforms.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with corporate HR standards.
Monitor and troubleshoot data interfaces and resolve integration issues across HR systems.
Conduct data cleansing activities and perform regular quality checks.
Provide 2nd level support for HR data issues, including incident handling, root cause analysis, and escalation if necessary.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure data changes meet business requirements.
Document processes, procedures, and best practices for HR data management.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend automation or process optimizations.
Ensure compliance with data protection, GDPR, and company policies when handling sensitive HR information.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in HR Data Management, HRIS administration, or similar roles.
Knowledge of HR data structures, organizational hierarchies, and master/reference data concepts.
Proficiency in SQL for data queries and validation.
Experience with HR systems (e.g., HCM Data Loader, People API, Oracle HCM, SAP HR) is a strong plus.
Basic scripting/programming knowledge (Python, Shell, VBA) is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional/global teams.
