Operate and monitor packing machines (blister, strip, bottle, labeling, carton, shrink wrap)
Assist in line setup, changeover, and machine cleaning
Ensure correct packing materials (foils, labels, cartons, inserts) are used
Perform visual inspection of packed products for defects
Maintain packing documentation and batch records
Follow SOPs, GMP, safety, and hygiene standards
Support achievement of daily production targets
Maintain 5S and housekeeping in packing area
Report machine breakdowns, deviations, or quality issues
Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams
Monthly salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 (depends on company & experience)
