Job Description

✅ Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Acquisition (NTB – New To Bank)

  • Acquire premium savings accounts, salary accounts, and deposits from affluent & HNI customers.

  • Identify and onboard New-To-Bank (NTB) customers through direct sales, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.

  1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Pitch and cross-sell allied banking products:

    • Wealth management solutions

    • Investments (FD, mutual funds, bonds)

    • Bancassurance / life & general insurance

    • Premium credit cards and loans

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure revenue generation.

  1. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with newly acquired premium customers.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and quick redressal of queries.

  • Transition acquired customers to Relationship Managers for long-term servicing.

  1. Market Development

  • Conduct market mapping, identify potential client segments.

  • Leverage corporate tie-ups and HNI events for lead generation.

  • Collaborate with branch teams to maximize acquisition opportunities.

  1. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure complete and correct KYC/AML compliance while onboarding customers.

  • Adhere to bank policies, RBI regulations, and internal audit norms.

  1. Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain records of acquisition, sales pipeline, and closures.

  • Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to sales managers.
