Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure revenue generation.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with newly acquired premium customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and quick redressal of queries.
Transition acquired customers to Relationship Managers for long-term servicing.
Market Development
Conduct market mapping, identify potential client segments.
Leverage corporate tie-ups and HNI events for lead generation.
Collaborate with branch teams to maximize acquisition opportunities.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure complete and correct KYC/AML compliance while onboarding customers.
Adhere to bank policies, RBI regulations, and internal audit norms.
Reporting & MIS
Maintain records of acquisition, sales pipeline, and closures.
Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to sales managers.
