Job Description

System Reliability & Monitoring
- Design and implement tools to monitor system health for iPhones and iOS services.
- Identify and prevent system failures before they affect users.
- Analyze crashes, errors, and performance issues.
Root Cause Analysis
- Investigate complex hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams to diagnose failures in iPhone systems.
Automation & Testing
- Build automated testing frameworks to simulate user scenarios.
- Ensure new iOS updates, apps, and features don’t break system reliability.
Performance & Scalability
- Optimize systems to handle high loads efficiently.
- Improve responsiveness and reduce downtime across iPhone features.
Collaboration
- Work closely with iOS, hardware, network, and backend teams.
- Translate reliability requirements into practical engineering solutions.
