Job Description

Invoice Processing

Receive, verify, and process invoices for payment.

Match invoices with purchase orders (PO) and delivery receipts.

Ensure invoices comply with company policies and tax regulations.

Data Entry & Verification

Accurately enter invoice data into the system (SAP, Oracle, or HCL’s automation tools).

Validate amounts, vendor details, and coding.

Vendor Communication

Coordinate with vendors for invoice clarifications or discrepancies.

Maintain good vendor relationships to ensure timely payments.

Approval & Workflow Management

Route invoices for approvals through workflow systems.

Track approval status and escalate delays.

Reporting & Auditing

Generate reports on invoice status, pending payments, and discrepancies.

Support audits by maintaining organized records.

Automation & Process Improvement

Use HCL’s invoice automation tools to reduce manual intervention.

Suggest improvements to streamline invoice management processes
