An Inventory Executive is responsible for monitoring, managing, and controlling stock inside the warehouse. They ensure accurate inventory records, prevent stock discrepancies, and support smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate inventory levels of products in the system.
Track stock inwards (received) and outwards (dispatched).
Conduct daily/weekly stock audits & cycle counts.
Identify and resolve stock discrepancies or missing items.
Coordinate with pickers, packers, and quality check teams.
Generate stock movement and availability reports.
Assist warehouse manager in planning space utilization.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety norms.
Education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred (Commerce/Logistics background is an advantage).
Experience: 0โ2 years (freshers may also be hired with training).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP, or WMS software).
Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail & problem-solving ability.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Warehouse or Fulfillment Center (shift-based).
Works closely with warehouse supervisors and operations teams.
