The Inventory Controller ensures all goods, materials, and finished products are accurately tracked, properly stored, and available when needed. They maintain stock accuracy, prevent shortages or overstocking, and support smooth business operations.
Track inventory movement and stock levels
Maintain accurate records in ERP / inventory software
Conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement for replenishment
Generate reports and analyze inventory trends
Implement inventory control policies
Analytical and numerical proficiency
Attention to detail and accuracy
ERP / Inventory Management Software knowledge (SAP, Tally, etc.)
Communication and organizational skills
Problem-solving and decision-making
Bachelor’s in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Optional: Inventory or Supply Chain certifications
